What is the difference between Organic and Non-Organic
Organic tastes better. Stop reading here if taste is the only objective you care about. If you are curious, continue. The difference lies with-in the entire process of brewing beer beginning with the farmer. The farmer uses soil rich with nutrients and avoids using petroleum based pesticides. This results in cleaner ground water, healthier farm hands, and ingredients that are rooted in healthy beginnings. When ingredients have a healthy place to grow, they need no help from chemicals to fight off disease. Without using petroleum based pesticides, the farmer uses less fossil fuels to run the machine/plane that sprays the toxic chemicals.
Little known Fact- Petroleum based pesticides are not removed during the brewing process. They do not "boil off" or ferment away. Once the farmers harvest their Organic crop, they send it to us free of all the bad stuff. We take the ingredients and brew the best tasting beer made of hops, malted barley, water, and yeast.
